We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
Internal record keeping and for insurance purposes.
We may use the information to improve our products and services and to send sms and email reminders for online bookings or to contact you for appointment changes.
Payment information
We don’t ever record your payment details (card number, Paypal details etc). We do use trustworthy 3rd parties to process payments (Square and PayPal), who may check your information with your bank or card issuer to prevent fraud. This protects both of us.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online and in our salon.

We do our best to keep your Personal Data safe.  We use the HTTPS protocol for our website to ensure your interaction with our website is encrypted. We use anonymising and pseudonymising where suitable. We monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks by using firewalls on our server. We do not store any medical or other personal information other than name, and contact information online.

Although we do all we can, we can not guarantee the security of information. However, we promise to notify suitable authorities of data breaches. We will also notify you if there is a threat to your rights or interests. We will do everything we reasonably can to prevent security breaches and to assist authorities should any breaches occur. You will be notified within 72 hours if any breach of your personal data occurs.
